Refund policy

At Divine Palm Leaf Reading, we follow a simple and transparent principle:
“Your leaf decides, not your wallet.”
If your palm leaf is not found after up to 5 attempts of search, no payment is required.Once a leaf is identified and the reading is completed, the service is considered fulfilled.
For scheduled sessions:
We kindly request at least 24–48 hours’ notice for rescheduling. Missed sessions without prior notice may be rescheduled with a fee of USD 50.
We approach every search with sincerity and respect for this sacred tradition, and we thank you for approaching it with the same understanding.
